Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.



We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with our courses is important to us, so we make refunds if the customer is not satisfied with our courses. Requests for refunds of our courses must be made within 3 days of the date of purchase and registration of the course or the establishment of the contract. If 3 days have passed since the date of purchase and registration of the course or the establishment of the contract, we cannot offer a refund.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us through the contact form or our contact information. The refund request must contain the contract number and the bank details, in case you request the refund via bank transfer.



Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method. The refund may take 3 – 5 business days to be processed and reflected through the original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days please contact us through our contact information.
